Elias is a seasoned professional within the retail construction and facility maintenance industry. Prior to joining Sheer Service as a Client Relationship Manager, Elias worked with Sheer as the VP of SE Operations for City Maintenance on the Walmart account.

 

Prior to his time with City, Elias worked at Walmart in both Operations as a GM as well as within their Construction Department as a Project Manager overseeing both new construction and major remodels for Walmart. Elias chose to join the Sheer team due to the relationship we built during our time working together at City Maintenance.

 

He provides massive value working alongside upper management in supporting growth strategies as well as providing client perspective for our Operations team.
