My Story
With over 15 years of experience in customer service, national facilities maintenance, and sales leadership, Lindsay has built a career centered on client relationship management and business development. She began as a National Account Manager for high-profile retailers in the facilities maintenance industry, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, client relations, and vendor management. Over the years, she expanded her expertise into sales leadership, marketing, and operational coordination, enabling her to navigate industry challenges and consistently drive results.

Lindsay has achieved several sales and leadership certificates over the years along with Salesperson of the year in 2023. Lindsay has played a pivotal role in driving significant sales growth in her previous roles, consistently exceeding targets through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. She has successfully implemented new sales and operational strategies, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction—expertise she now applies to drive success at Evo Doors and Window.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family of five, including her three children—Karsyn (8), Mila (7), and Hendrix (2). She has a love for outdoor adventures like camping and hiking and a passion for hands-on projects, including furniture restoration and woodworking. She also shares a deep connection to the culinary world through her husband’s food trailer business, Nona’s Argentina Bakery, which specializes in homemade croissants and empanadas.
